Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in service interruption or termination.
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project secure and not disclose it to third parties.
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after the end of the business relationship.
MGB Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services during the last 3 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, any outstanding invoices become immediately payable, and access to services may be revoked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Your State/Country], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
