The payment is allocated toward resource allocation, design, and development costs incurred by MGBTechnologies. Refunds or disputes (e.g., PayPal disputes) regarding this payment are not permissible under any circumstances.
Refunds for the second or third payments will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
A documented medical emergency that prevents the client from continuing the project.
Upon completion of the initial website design (e.g., homepage), the client is required to review and provide documented feedback or approval.
Once the homepage design is approved, any further revisions or updates will proceed based on the approved design. After reviewing the homepage design, the client agrees not to initiate disputes via PayPal or bank transfer regarding payments made up to that point.
All clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or feedback promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
